What Is Overnight Postpartum Support?
I care for your baby during the night, following your family's feeding plan and parenting choices.
Many families first reach out because they're exhausted. While sleep is a gift, overnight support is so much more. You're also getting experienced newborn care, reassurance, continuity and practical problem-solving during the night, so you can feel more like yourself during the day.

Before Your First Overnight
The Welcome Visit
The first overnight isn't the first time we meet.
I'll visit your home for about 1–3 hours before your baby arrives. We'll get to know each other, go over your baby's needs, your feeding plan and your preferences, and make sure you feel comfortable before our first night together.

Arrival and handoff
I arrive, hear how the day went, learn when baby last ate and slept, and review your preferences.
12:00 AM
Feeding, diaper care and settling
I respond to your baby's needs, feed according to your plan, burp and soothe, provide diaper care as needed, and settle baby back to sleep.
2:00 AM
Feeding, diaper care and settling
I respond to your baby's needs, feed according to your plan, burp and soothe, provide diaper care as needed, and settle baby back to sleep.
4:00 AM
Feeding, diaper care and settling
I respond to your baby's needs, feed according to your plan, burp and soothe, provide diaper care as needed, and settle baby back to sleep.
6:00 AM
Morning care and handoff
Final feeding and diaper care as needed, written overnight notes and a calm handoff so you can start your day.
Feeding Support Overnight
I support breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding or a combination, always following your family's plan.
If you're nursing, I can bring your baby to you and take them back afterward so you can return to sleep.
Between your baby's needs, while you're resting and baby is settled, I take care of light baby and postpartum-related housekeeping such as washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, dishes and resetting the baby-care area for morning.
