Why This Work Became Personal
My own postpartum experience was much harder than I expected. I felt overwhelmed, alone and unsure of my own judgment. I questioned everything and often felt like I should somehow know what to do, even when I was exhausted and afraid.
That experience changed me, and it's one of the reasons I do this work today. I remember how important it was to have calm, experienced support and to truly be heard. Now I get to offer that kind of support to other families, with compassion, understanding and zero judgment.
How I Support Families
I listen first. I share observations, experience and options rather than demands. I respect your feeding and parenting decisions, and I don't come into your home to take over.
My goal is to support both parents and help you grow more confident in your own judgment.
“She is soft-spoken, kind, and never judgmental about the chaos that comes with a new baby.”

Experience & Professional Preparation
I am a DONA International Certified Postpartum Doula with ongoing education in newborn care, feeding support and family wellbeing. I'm also certified in Infant CPR/First Aid and have training in Infant Craniosacral Techniques, which I may draw from within the scope of postpartum support when appropriate.
Along with my professional training, I bring real-life experience supporting families during the early weeks and months with their newborns, including singletons and twins.

What It Feels Like to Have Me in Your Home
Families often tell me they feel more at ease knowing I'm there, and that they can actually rest.
I bring a calm, professional presence, respect your home and your routines, and quietly support your family through the night.
“I felt very comfortable trusting her with my newborn immediately. She came in with an open mind and flexibility to how I wanted to mother.”
